Getting off around riddle
A student zips on his scooter to ride to the train station to get to college. His home is close to two stops; the first one is a mile from home, and the second is two miles from home in the opposite direction. In the morning, he always gets on at the first stop and in the afternoon, he always gets off at the second one. Why?
the path of the train is a weird curved path such that only 2 stations are close to his home in morning he goes to first stop as if it goes to second stop he will have to wait till the train comes so why not walk less as the train comes from direction of first stop..In evening he stops at second stop as he will have to go along the curved path and waste more time if he stopped at first stop .Assuming he gets out of his home at same time
The two stations are on a mountain.
In the morning he goes downhill to one station and in the afternoon he goes downhill from the other station to his home.
