If you were to spell out the numbers in full, (One, Two, Three, etc)…
…how far would you have to go until you found the letter ‘A’? 
IF you DON’T use “and” to write numbers above hundred (e.g. 101 as ‘hundred and one’), you can go on till 999. Not just ‘A’, you won’t find ‘B’ or ‘C’ either.
