Hour clock moves 360 degrees in 12 hours i.e. 720 minutes.
In 1 minute, it moves 0.5 degree.
At 10 minutes past 5, hour clock has completed 5 * 60 + 10 = 310 minutes..
Hence 310 * 0.5 = 155 degrees
