    wheel 1 —> 242 = 2*11^2
    wheel 2 —> 160 = 2^5 * 5
    wheel 3 —> 64 = 2^6
    wheel 4 —> 22 = 2*11

    So if it will need x number rotations to the largest clog(wheel 1),
    x = (2^6 * 5 * 11^2)/242
    = 160
