The question is worded such that the answer is too obvious. Instead of “how can you write nineteen in a manner that if we take out one…“, it should have been something like “how can you take out one from nineteen making it twenty“.
The answer is to use Roman numerals. XIX (19) becomes XX (20) if we take out the ‘I’ (one).
