Tricky Problem On Probability

There was a blind man. He had four socks in his drawer either black or white. He opened it and took out two socks. Now the probability that it was a pair of white socks is 1/2.
Can you find out the probability that he had taken out a pair of black socks? 
Taking out 2 socks out of 4 where we have 2 white socks and 2 black socks gives us the following options: w-w, w-b, b-w, b-b.
So the probability of taking out a pair with the same color is 2/4=1/2
So its the same probability that is was a black pair
