Queen Contest in kingdom puzzle
A king has no sons, no daughters, and no queen. For this reason he must decide who will take the throne after he dies. To do this he decides that he will give all of the children of the kingdom a single seed. Whichever child has the largest, most beautiful plant will earn the throne; this being a metaphor for the kingdom. At the end of the contest all of the children came to the palace with their enormous and beautiful plants in hand. After he looks at all of the children’s pots, he finally decides that the little girl with an empty pot will be the next Queen.
Why did he choose this little girl over all of the other children with their beautiful plants?
The King gave fried seeds to the children .So they will never grow to a plant. So all the children who bring beautiful plants lied by bringing different plant .The girl who bring the empty pot is the one who tried to grow the seed given by the king.
The King want honest person for his heir
So he choose the girl as next queen
exactly
what would he do of an honest girl after death .you have to lie sometimes.people who believe in such ideals are idiots.honest to a person doesnt mean shit.honesty is not a big thing for running a kingdom
Honesty is better than Greed.
To run a kingdom whatever is required, king can teach the little girl. But, Honesty is difficult to be taught 🙂
BTW, Puzzle is simply to find what might be different in that girl than others and its the honesty 🙂
@Yodha- What you say now, am i correct?
first
honesty is very simple to be taught if you know the way it all works .second if it all can be taught why the competition .
third if king want to choose the most developed one so it is easier to teach rest of stuff then it should not be just the competition of Honesty.considering king to be a mature person
