In Greek mythology, the Sphinx sat outside of Thebes and asked this riddle of all travellers who passed by. If the traveller failed to solve the riddle, then the Sphinx killed him/her. And if the traveller answered the riddle correctly, then the Sphinx would destroy herself. The riddle:
What goes on four legs in the morning, on two legs at noon, and on three legs in the evening?
Oedipus solved the riddle, and the Sphinx destroyed herself.

You met three Monsters. One always tells the truth, other one always lies and the last one alternates between lie and truth.
Monster 1: You may ask us one question, then you must guess which dragon is which
Monster 2: He is lying. You may get three questions
Monster 3: Oh no It is definitely one question
You asked the first Monster a question
You: What would the second Monster say if you were to ask it if the 3rd dragon had been lying when it agreed with the first one that you could ask only one question
Monster 1: He’d say, “Yes, the 3rd Monster was lying”
Then you asked a second question addressing the three Monsters…… But they remained silent.
