Guys..the answer is very simple
The person is a dwarf!! Simply have a look at the above img..his hands can only reach till the 7th button and not above that.
On the day it rains, he’l have his umbrella to help him out to reach the 10th floor button.
When there are ppl inside, they’ll press the 10th floor button for me 😛 😀- 57003 views
