2 cold and 2 fever tablet mix puzzle
If I give you 4 tablets which contain 2 for fever and 2 for cold..all 4 have same size, shape and color, No cover.
You have to take 1 cold and 1 fever tablet right now..How will you choose correctly?
Break each tablet into two halves.
Take one half from each pair.
arrange four identical given tablets in a row and break each tablets into two halfs. and now take each broken half from each tablets. and you will get 2 half cold tablets and 2 half fever tablets together making 1 cold and 1 fever tablets.
What if you take 2 half cold tablets and another half of cold tablet and half fever tablet or vice versa which is always a possibility.
It seems that there’s something wrong with the question. In the present condition, I don’t see any solution possible (unless with some assumptions not specified in the puzzle). The ‘halves solution’ given by two others won’t work, as evident from the figure.
I have mentioned clearly:”Take one half from each pair.”
So has mvkiran128: “now take each broken half from each tablets”.
You break a tablet in half.
Take one half and throw away the other half.
Repeat for the other three tablets.
