  • Normally, if a person intends to commit suicide and his actions cause his death, it is a suicide even if the death does not take place in the way the person expected.

    I think from this we can conclude that:
    *He intends to commit suicide
    *Due to him standing on top of the tower intending to die, the death is caused, thus his actions causing his death
    *He becomes dead even if it wasn’t the way he wanted it to be

    I’m gonna just conclude that it’s gonna be filed as suicide
