Microsoft was founded on April 4, 1975, was incorporated on June 25, 1981, and went public on March 13, 1986. I was wondering where you got the date September 22, 1993 so I googled it. Apparent Reuters has the date wrong in their database (weird). At any rate, your date (and Reuters) is incorrect.
