Fireman, policeman and a doctor brain teaser
After looking for his long lost brother that he has never met before, Justin is able to find his brother’s home address and name. When he shows up at his house he finds a fireman, a Police man, and a doctor watching television. He immediately hugs his brother.
How does he know which one is his brother?
Police, firemen, and mechanics all wear name tags.

He and his Brother are Identical twins .so he hugged the person who looks exactly likes him
No sign of twin in puzzle, but police, fireman and doctor have something(name tags) that might be the answer
The expected answer seems to be the ‘name tag’ thing as mentioned in the first answer, but that’s a bit extra-ordinary. How often would you find a policeman and  fireman, both on duty (wearing uniforms that include name tags) sitting idle in a house, watching TV? Put the other way, how natural is it for a policeman / fireman to wear name tags when not in uniforms (off – duty)?
Four men were present in the house. The fireman, police, doctor and his brother. He hugged his brother.
The name of his brother probably started with a Dr. prefix
