Bus Driver riddle

You drive a bus from Mexico city to Mexican Valley. At the first bus stop, 22 people get in. At the second bus stop, 9 more people get in, and 14 passengers step off. At the third bus stop, 3 passengers step off and 5 people get in. After one hour, the bus arrives in Mexican Valley.
