Car Number Riddle

Sachin bought a car with a strange 5 digit numbered plate.The water image of the number is 78633 more than my car number. All the digits of car number are distinct.
What is the original number on number plate? 
There is no solution if the number plate uses standard digits 0 – 9.
To begin with, it is not clear what is meant by “water image”. Assuming that it refers to the view as shown when reflected in water (i.e. upside down), the only digits that results in another proper digit when reflected upside down are 0, 1, 3 and 8. With only these 4 digits, you can’t create a 5-digit number having distinct digits.
