As shown in the matchstick arrangement below, group of matchstick is making an arrow and pointing from left to right. By moving just three matchsticks, can you make the arrow point from right to left?

The 1st row has 4 sticks
The 2nd row has 3 sticks
The 3rd row has 2 sticks
The 4th row has 1 stick.
1. Move the Top and Bottom stick from 1st row to 3rd row.
2.Move the 1 stick from 4th row & place before 1st row
Now the arrow is pointing right to left.
