    5+4=9 (remove stick from the 6 and add to the 4 to create a 9)
    8-4=4 (remove stick from the plus sign and create an 8 from the 6)

    move one of the sticks in 6 (making it 5) 
    And make 4 on the other side 9.
    The consequent equation is 5+4=9

    Move vertical stick from plus sign to empty place of six. The equation will become 8-4=4. Which is True.

    Move the middle stick of the 6 to make it a 0, 0+4=4

    Now the equation becomes  8-4=4

    Move the green stick from the middle of the 6 and put it on the right-top side of the 6.  That makes the equation 0+4=4.

    Take the yellow stick from the plus sign, and put it on the empty space on the 6.  That makes it 8-4=4.
