Remove the fly puzzle

Look at the picture carefully. There is a fly in the wine glass.
What you have to do is move two sticks such that the fly is out of the glass. 
Move the sticks as indicated by the arrows in the image below. i.e., move the horizontal stick half-way to the right and move the left stick over to the right end of the horizontal stick, shifting down, to be in parallel with the lower vertical stick. With this, the ‘wine glass’ figure will be turned upside down and the fly will be outside.
