    I AM that child,

    Explanation-
    If the [only sister] of your mother’s only brother, [had only child].
    The only sister  – Of my mother’s Brother is my mother
    and
    [The only sister] i.e. my mother had only child So, Its ME.

    He must be the only nephew of my only maternal uncle.  Provided that each of my parents married only once, and my father didn’t have any offspring out of wedlock, he (the child in question) must also be the only son of my mother’s husband. And, well, I’d just met him half an hour back, when I looked at the mirror. 🙂
