Terrorist was genius or Stupid?
A terrorist hijacks an airplane with 10 passengers and there is lots of gold in the plane.
After talking the gold , he asked the government officials for 11 parachutes.
He killed all the passenger so that no one can identify him , take one parachute and jumps off.
Was the terrorist stupid to ask for 11 parachutes, As he need only one ?
Why he asked for 11 Parachutes?
In addition to ketul’s answer-
One reason might be if he demanded for a single parachute, govt may gave defected one that might but for 11 parachute govt cant risk lives of other passangers.
The catch is that he also took lots of gold. Its not possible that he could carry all of the gold by himself. So he asked for the extra parachutes, so that he could take the gold with him.
Gold is a very heavy metal, So if he will carry it by himself a single parachute will not hold him, and the gold. Also if nobody knows that he killed the passengers (even the pilot doesn’t know), than the government might thing he will release while the plane is in the air and fly with the elsewhere
