A British woman was murdered on Christmas Day. The police found the body at her house and questioned the suspects. Her husband, her brother, and her lover. The husband said he was taking off the lights on the roof. Her brother was shopping in the mall. Her lover was sleeping.
Who killed her?

Her brother, because in England all shops and restaurants are closed on Christmas Day.
Correct but there is another killer. The lover. how would he have known that the time the woman was dead?
