The fear of Dot town

In  a town named Dot Town every resident has a colored dot upon his or her  forehead.  This dot is always either red or blue, and everyone in town  knows this.   Every day at noon, the entire town gathers together, and  each person sees every other person and every other person’s forehead  dot.  No one ever misses this gathering.

No  one in Dot Town ever dies unless and until one knows the color of  his/her own dot. If someone knows the color of his/her own dot, he/she  will die that night .  Everyone else will notice the death of fellow  resident at the gathering at noon the next day (and not before).  For  fear of death, there are no mirrors in Dottown, and no one ever says  anything about the dots or  tell others their color of dot.

One  day,
after many years of peace in the town, a stranger arrives in Dot Town.  At the noon meeting on that day, the stranger  announces to all, “There is at least one person in this town with a red dot.” The stranger then leaves town, without saying anything further.

    Case 1
    when there is only one red dot
    the one who sees ever other dot as blue will die that night.rest will not die  that day only (next day they will die)as according to information they have there should be at least one red dot the day the stranger leaves.and they all saw one. So their dot color  is still unknown to them.

    Case 2
    when 2 red dots.no one will see all blue .so next day every one will come at meeting.so one seeing 1 dots will understand that one with red  dot is also seeing one red dot.so they will die that night.and the next day all will die  understanding that only 2 red dots were there all rest are blue.
    case 3
    when 3 red dots .
    the one seeing 2 red dots will not seeing any body die  after two days.he will understand.that the red dots one are seeing 2 red dots so he will die that night along with other red dots.then rest will die next night.

    similarly if there are n red dots. So. Their death news will be shared at nth meeting considering the day man left as 0th meeting. So the next day there will be no meeting as everyone will be dead.so the man killed all of  the DOT TOWN
