A father and son were in a car accident where the father was killed. The ambulance brought the son to the hospital. He needed immediate surgery. In the operating room, a doctor came in and looked at the little boy and said I can not operate on him he is my son.

There are three persons here whom we are concerned about.
The Doctor is the son of the Father who died.
The Son is the son of Doctor.
Father and Son in first instance were actually Grandfather and Grandson.
The Doctor is the mother of the son, as the gender of the doctor wasn’t mentioned, it’s logical for the doctor to be the mother of the son.
