Jahn and his wife went to a party where four other married couples were present. Every person shook hands with everyone he or she was not acquainted with. When the handshaking was over, John asked everyone, including his own wife, how many hands they shook. To his surprise, Jahn got nine different answers.
How many hands did John’s wife shake ?
4? i believe this would be due to the fact he got 9 different answers. For that to be, him and his wife would have had to shake the same number of hands. meaning they both shook 4
