    8 men and 14 horses

    total 22 beings in the stable
    m+n = 22
    number of human kegs = 2m and horse legs is 4n
    so
    2m + 4n = 72

    Answer: There are 14 horses and 8 men.
    Explanation: 14+8=22
    14*4=56
    8*2=16
    56+16=72
